  1. I retain full ownership rights to my work, and I reserve the right to decline any commission request at my own initiative.

  2. Acceptance of these terms mandates proper attribution and credit for my work upon public display or use.

  3. All quoted prices are final, with some negotiation under certain circumstances. The scope of work is directly aligned with the agreed package and pricing — you get what you pay for.

  4. I reserve the right to use my work for showcase and promotional purposes. Private commissions may incur an additional 3.125% ($5 on a $160 base osu! skin, or $6.50 on a $210 full skin) on top of the agreed price, to compensate for restricted distribution.

  5. A 50% non-refundable upfront payment is required to commence work. The remaining 50% is due upon completion, prior to final delivery.

  6. Requests for additional services or items (for example, an extra gamemode for an osu! skin) after the initial agreement may extend the delivery timeline. Payment for those additions is due with the rest, before delivery.

  7. Refunds may be available under specific, pre-determined circumstances, discussed case by case.

  8. Major design changes will not be accommodated once the concept has been finalised and approved. Minor adjustments may be permitted at my discretion.

  9. Progress can be requested at any moment; responses may not be immediate due to ongoing work commitments.

  10. Timelines are influenced by the thematic and artistic complexity of the commission, the number of active projects, and the timely availability of necessary assets such as character art.

  11. A clear concept or set of design preferences is required to start. I won't begin without a defined base idea.

  12. All imagery, assets, and content displayed on this website remain my exclusive intellectual property. Copying, redistributing, or using these materials (including for commercial or personal use) without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.
